Professional product assembly

Despite technological advances, many packaging tasks in the sub-assembly industry still require manual assembly.

Space, qualified staff and product assembly expertise are the things to look for in selecting a subcontractor. Abeilles Busy Bees has it all, along with years of expertise.

Since 1988, Abeilles Busy Bees staff have painstakingly worked to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our reputation for tackling large projects earned us the privilege of preparing 21,000 units containing materials needed to equip polling stations for the 1993 elections in Cambodia, under the direction of the United Nations. The packages included ballet boxes, paper, pencils, erasers, punches, staplers, glasses, cord; in short, everything needed to run the polling stations. The packages needed to be protected against the elements, because many of them were transported by canoe to their destinations. A total of 7,000 boxes, filling 28 45-foot trailers, were prepared in just ten days. Our company specializes in multi packs and has since completed many similar projects worldwide.

Abeilles Busy Bees’ employees are skilled at jobs requiring attention to detail from inserting posters into tubes, assembling and installing flat-folding boxes, setting up displays with products delivered directly to stores.

When it comes to counting, assembling, wrapping, palletizing, gluing non-standard items or bagging samples, Abeilles Busy Bees has what it takes to get the job done.
